Women have equal rights with the men. The two halves cannot be separated. Human beings development is in incorporating both sides of the coin of life .An ideal life is when the two sexes move in the same direction.
All stable laws that have been made to protect the benefits of human beings are subject to observing the legal, credential and security limits of both genders of human beings. Although heavenly religions, in their verses and surahs, have had opposite opinions regarding the women independence in several cases, however, in a general overview based on the necessity of time and place considerations ,they can be analyzed and interpreted. In Islam in which the inequality of men and women is evident in its laws and regulations ,it has some escapable interpretations that considering the jurisprudence opinions in which the definiteness in revelation and uncertainty in related addressee and also the Alavi narrations that believes in the two faces of the issue ,any jurisprudence is in the position of the benefit of the majority so that the way for completing the unification and perfecting the benefits of the society and satisfying the generation is open and in this way prevents the pessimism toward the heavenly laws and ignoring the spiritual believing principles. In common ordinary managements ,the effective , influential and appropriate role of the women has never been denied .The fact that the nervous system and all the senses of the men have been planned with constant interaction with the women is a definite undeniable reality. Invading the women's rights in any of the spiritual and material aspects is a hostility with the appearance of consciousness which hinders the development of the society. In establishing governmental and public laws , the women's demands must be taken into consideration . If the half of the life's structure is in trouble, it cannot be accountable to his innate responsibility and in this case the passive and annoying effects of which will affect the whole cycle of the society and will eventually lead to the complete stop of the cycle of the human beings life.
