Mr. Sharbati was reportedly arrested on the charge of the murder of a taxi driver in 2005, and convicted to death by gallows. He had committed to crime when he was just 15-year-old.
He was murdered at Wednesday night by gangs in a fighting as a result of chaos at Ward 10 of Hall 35 in the notorious Rajai Shahr prison for inmates, and two other prisoners were severely injured according to the news received by BCR Group.
The Ward is one of the dangerous Wards in the prison, also referred to as Ward of Gangs as an Iranian Human Rights activist Hesam Yousefi declared.
He had allegedly forced holding in the ward regardless his age. He would be faced any vulnerability among adult criminals as Mr. Yousefi said.
Mr. Yousefi added, we have been frequently receiving reports of pedophobia by adult offenders and by turnkeys.
He was also concerned about Mohammad-Reza Hadadis critical situation who is held for murder in Adel Abad prison. Mohammad-Reza Haddadi was detained and convicted to death by gallows when he was just 14-year-old.
Amnesty International declared that at least 72 juvenile offenders were hanged in the last nine years in Iran and about 160 others, who committed crime when they were under 18-year-old, are at imminent execution.
Human Rights organizations have continuously concerned about dire Irans situation and recently Karim Lahidji, FIDH President stated that While we believe that dialogue is the way forward, states cannot ignore the fact that Iran is the worlds second greatest executioner and is currently threatening juvenile offenders with the death penalty.
